Located on Highway 89 in Glendale, at the entrance to the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. If you want to deviate from the usual fare, then try the Buffalo Bistro's rattlesnake and rabbit sausage or the incredible buffalo ribs and mouth watering peach cobber topped with ice cream. Beer& Wine are also served. Open Spring & Summer. Closed every Tuesday and Wednesday.
